The GLORIA Center created the Turkish Studies Institute (TSI) in recognition of Turkey's growing importance in the world and in a number of regional political systems. TSI's activities include:

Turkish Studies journal

Turkey's growing social and economic progress, along with its political development and increasing international importance, make clear the value of a journal dedicated to these subjects. At the same time, there has been an equivalent expansion of serious research on Turkey, both within that country and around the world. To highlight these issues and the scholarship focusing on them, we have initiated Turkish Studies journal, published by Taylor Francis.

Global Directory of Scholars

This directory is an effort to bring together scholars on Turkey wherever they are located, to encourage dialogue, assist in research, and help in the organization of projects and courses.
